Be Careful: The lock tab comes out automatically when the door is in the closed position. With the door open, even if you turn the key, the tab does not come out (giving the sensation of being faulty as it is different from common locks). On the other hand, with the door closed, turning the key blocks the handle, not allowing the door to be opened. If the door does not close, it could be the defect either in the "lock" striker which has lost the magnet behind it or which is misaligned or too far from the lock. In case of doubts contact us.
