Please Note: The latch of the lock extends automatically when the door is in the closed position. When the door is open, even if the key is turned, the latch does not extend (giving the impression of being faulty as it is different from common locks). When the door is closed, however, turning the key blocks the handle, preventing the door from opening. If the door does not close, the defect may be in the strike plate, which has lost its magnet or is misaligned or too far from the lock. In case of doubt, please contact us.

Marking on the lock faceplate: Your lock may bear the brand HAFELE, NUSCO, FORME, BRICOMAN, PUERTAS CASTALLA, REGUITTI, FIL PORTE, DAYORIS, T&T, PHI-PORTE, GP, EUROLEGNO, but it is the exact same lock that is always produced by Bonaiti but branded for the distributor.
