Please note: The lock bolt extends automatically when the door is in the closed position. With the door open, even if you turn the key, the bolt does not extend (giving the impression of being faulty as it is different from common locks). With the door closed, turning the key blocks the handle, preventing the door from opening. If the door does not close, the defect may be in the "strike plate" which has lost its magnet or is misaligned or too far from the lock. In case of doubt, please contact us.

Marking on the front of the lock: Your lock may bear the brand HAFELE, NUSCO, FORME, BRICOMAN, PUERTAS CASTALLA, REGUITTI, FIL PORTE, DAYORIS, T&T, PHI-PORTE, GP, EUROLEGNO, but it is the exact same lock that is always produced by Bonaiti but branded for the distributor.
